3rd edition of the Black and Proud Gala

As part of Black History Month, the Black and Proud Gala is an opportunity to celebrate Afro-descended communities, rich and dynamic communities. The Gala is also an opportunity to highlight actors from these communities who have made a positive impact on Canadian and Manitoban society in various fields.
